Our employee resource groups

 

All employees are encouraged to participate in an Employee Resource Group. These groups are employee-led, highly engaging and provide an avenue for service in the communities where we live and work. Each Employee Resource Group partners with executive leaders on strategic initiatives using innovative approaches and perspectives to inform and achieve our mission. 

Forty percent of Blue Shield employees belong to one or more employee resource groups. Over the years, these employees have hosted summits, speaker series and served as ambassadors for events such as the Kingdom Day Parade, Pride, Veteran Stand Down, and many more.
