As one of our frontline employees, Mal Madrigal plays a vital role in creating a great experience for our members. Working as part of the Medicare Advantage team, she is responsible for helping our members with their questions.

With the annual Los Angeles Kingdom Day Parade impacted by fires, organizers and Blue Shield of California volunteers put Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s commitment to service into action, distributing over 1,600 items to community members.

“World’s Largest Pet Walk” takes place annually in September, and supports therapy animal programs for patients, seniors, veterans and children.
